By accessing or using SitemapHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SitemapHost provides hosted XML sitemap services, including:

  • Sitemap generation and hosting
  • Custom domain support
  • SSL certificate provisioning
  • API access for programmatic management
  • Automatic sitemap splitting
  • Search engine notifications

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

5. Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of the URLs and data you upload to SitemapHost. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and serve your sitemap data as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Restrictions

Sitemaps must only contain URLs to legitimate, legal content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Payment and Billing

Pricing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied with the Service. Contact support for refund requests.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Level

Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Support

Support is provided via email. Response times vary by plan:

  • Free: Community support
  • Starter: Email support (48-hour response)
  • Pro: Priority support (24-hour response)
  • Business: Priority support (4-hour response)
  • Enterprise: Dedicated support

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits as specified in our documentation. API keys must be kept confidential. We may revoke API access for abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

SitemapHost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
